Shipping policy

Lightseed will exercise the utmost care in processing orders and delivering products.

Products will be delivered to the address provided by the consumer. It is the consumer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address.

Products are made to order, and each item requires approximately 3 hours of crafting time plus 24 hours for curing and finishing. During busy periods, delivery times may be extended to maintain the high quality and integrity of each creation. Lightseed reserves the right to extend delivery times as needed during such periods. Under normal circumstances, Lightseed ships orders within 3 days from the date of payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines provided are indicative and not binding. While Lightseed strives to meet the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the products. The consumer will be informed if delivery is expected to exceed the usual timeframe.

All delivery timelines are indicative and not binding. Delays in delivery do not entitle the consumer to compensation or cancellation of the agreement, unless the delay exceeds 30 days from the agreed delivery date. The agreed delivery date is defined as three days from the date of payment confirmation, plus the applicable shipping duration.

From the moment a parcel is handed over to the shipping company, Lightseed is no longer accountable for any damages, delays, or loss of the package. The risk is transferred to the buyer and the shipping company.

In the event of damages or loss during transit, the consumer must contact the shipping company directly to file a claim, as Lightseed cannot be held liable for such occurrences.

If delivery of a product proves impossible, Lightseed will make efforts to offer a suitable alternative. The consumer will be informed of this at the earliest opportunity, and any additional costs for the alternative will be communicated prior to acceptance.

Lightseed retains ownership of all products until full payment has been received.
