Lightseed terms and conditions
Article 1 - Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Cooling-off Period: The period during which the consumer may withdraw from the agreement.
Consumer: A natural person not acting in a professional or business capacity who enters into a distance agreement with the entrepreneur.
Day: A calendar day.
Duration Transaction: An agreement involving a series of products or services over time.
Durable Data Carrier: Any medium allowing the consumer or entrepreneur to store information for future reference and reproduction without alteration.
Right of Withdrawal: The consumer's ability to withdraw from the agreement within the cooling-off period.
Model Form: A withdrawal form provided by the entrepreneur for consumers who wish to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Entrepreneur: The natural or legal entity offering products or services remotely, referred to here as Lightseed.
Distance Agreement: An agreement made within a system for remote sales of products or services, using one or more remote communication techniques.
Remote Communication Technique: A method enabling agreement conclusion without the simultaneous physical presence of the entrepreneur and consumer.
Terms and Conditions: These general terms and conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 3 - Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer, interaction, and agreement between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
By entering the Lightseed website (https://www.light-seed.net), (https://www.lightseed.nl), engaging with Lightseed-branded platforms (including social media or third-party marketplaces), placing an order, or interacting with Lightseed products or services—such as listening to Lightseed music—you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. you also agree to the terms stated in the Copyright Notice in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
These terms and conditions also apply site-wide to all browsing, purchasing, and communication conducted through the Lightseed website or other branded spaces.
Additionally, these terms and conditions apply to any external platforms carrying the Lightseed brand, such as social media pages, third-party marketplaces, and other online presences where Lightseed products or services are offered.
Before concluding a distance agreement, these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not feasible, it will be indicated how these terms can be accessed and provided upon request.
Specific product or service conditions may apply alongside these terms, and in case of conflicting terms, the most favorable to the consumer will prevail.
If any provisions are found void or nullified, the remainder of the agreement remains valid, and efforts will be made to replace the void provision with one closest to the original intent.
Situations not covered by these terms must be assessed in the spirit of these terms.
Unclear provisions must be interpreted in the spirit of these terms.
Article 4 - The Offer
If an offer has limited validity or is conditional, this will be explicitly stated.
The offer is non-binding, and the entrepreneur reserves the right to modify or withdraw it.
The offer includes an accurate description of the products or services. Images used are truthful representations but may slightly vary in color.
Mistakes in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.
The consumer is informed of the rights and obligations related to accepting the offer, such as pricing, delivery, and applicable withdrawal rights.
Article 5 - The Agreement
The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets its conditions.
If the offer is accepted electronically, the entrepreneur promptly confirms receipt.
In case of electronic agreements, the entrepreneur ensures a secure transmission environment.
The entrepreneur may verify the consumer's ability to meet payment obligations. If concerns arise, the entrepreneur may reject the agreement or impose conditions.
Upon concluding the agreement, the entrepreneur provides essential information about complaints, withdrawal rights, and guarantees.
Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
Products:
At Lightseed, all our products are carefully handcrafted and energetically charged to create unique and meaningful pieces. Due to this, we cannot accept returns for products once they have been delivered. This ensures the integrity and energy of our creations for every customer.
Services:
Lightseed services are non-refundable once initiated. If you have any concerns before the service starts, we encourage you to reach out to discuss your needs or circumstances.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Article 7 - Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Not applicable, as Lightseed does not accept returns.
Article 8 - Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
General Exclusion:
Given the customized and energetic nature of Lightseed products and services, the right of withdrawal is excluded. We believe this ensures the highest quality and energy retention for our offerings.
Products:
Lightseed products, such as gemstone jewelry and orgonite, are individually crafted and tailored to specific intentions. As such, they cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.
We encourage you to contact us with any questions before purchasing to ensure the product meets your needs.
Services:
Services are non-refundable once scheduled or initiated. If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 14 days in advance to discuss possible options.
Article 9 - Pricing
Prices include VAT and remain fixed during the offer’s validity.
Price adjustments are allowed only due to changes in VAT or similar regulations.
Errors in pricing do not bind the entrepreneur.
Article 10 - Conformity and Warranty
Products and services conform to the agreement and applicable laws.
Consumers are entitled to statutory guarantees, but no additional warranties are provided for Lightseed products.
Lightseed guarantees that its products and services conform to the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and applicable laws. All products are crafted with care and high-quality materials to ensure durability and resonance.
Due to the nature of gemstone necklaces and bracelets, wear and tear over time may cause the strings to stretch or loosen. To support our customers, Lightseed offers a free re-stringing service to maintain the integrity of your jewelry. The only cost incurred will be the shipping fees for sending the product to Lightseed and the return shipping back to the customer.
Consumers are responsible for properly packaging items sent for re-stringing to avoid damage during transit. Lightseed cannot be held liable for damages occurring during shipping.
The free re-stringing service does not apply to situations where the product has been subject to improper use, intentional damage, or exposure to extreme conditions beyond normal wear.
Any other defects or issues with the products must be reported to Lightseed in writing within 2 months of discovery.
The warranty does not apply in cases where:
The consumer has attempted to repair or alter the product without Lightseed’s consent.
The product has been subjected to abnormal conditions or handled contrary to provided instructions.
Damage or defects are caused by external factors beyond Lightseed's control.
Article 11 - Delivery and Execution
Lightseed will exercise the utmost care in processing orders and delivering products.
Products will be delivered to the address provided by the consumer. It is the consumer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address.
Products are made to order, and each item requires approximately 3 hours of crafting time plus 24 hours for curing and finishing. During busy periods, delivery times may be extended to maintain the high quality and integrity of each creation. Lightseed reserves the right to extend delivery times as needed during such periods. Under normal circumstances, Lightseed ships orders within 3 days from the date of payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines provided are indicative and not binding. While Lightseed strives to meet the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the products. The consumer will be informed if delivery is expected to exceed the usual timeframe.
All delivery timelines are indicative and not binding. Delays in delivery do not entitle the consumer to compensation or cancellation of the agreement, unless the delay exceeds 30 days from the agreed delivery date. The agreed delivery date is defined as three days from the date of payment confirmation, plus the applicable shipping duration.
From the moment a parcel is handed over to the shipping company, Lightseed is no longer accountable for any damages, delays, or loss of the package. The risk is transferred to the buyer and the shipping company.
In the event of damages or loss during transit, the consumer must contact the shipping company directly to file a claim, as Lightseed cannot be held liable for such occurrences.
If delivery of a product proves impossible, Lightseed will make efforts to offer a suitable alternative. The consumer will be informed of this at the earliest opportunity, and any additional costs for the alternative will be communicated prior to acceptance.
Lightseed retains ownership of all products until full payment has been received.
Article 12 - Duration Transactions: Termination and Renewal
Consumers may terminate indefinite agreements with one month's notice.
Agreements for a fixed term will not be automatically renewed.
Article 13 - Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, all payments for purchases must be made within 7 days of the order being placed. For services, the payment term begins after the consumer receives confirmation of the agreement.
If payment is not received within the stated 7-day period, the order will be considered disputed and automatically canceled without requiring any further actions from either party.
Lightseed will begin the shipping procedure only after the payment has been confirmed. This ensures that the process runs smoothly and avoids unnecessary delays or complications.
Consumers are responsible for ensuring accurate and complete payment information. Any inaccuracies must be reported to Lightseed immediately.
In the event of non-payment or late payment, Lightseed reserves the right to charge reasonable costs for recovery, as permitted by law.
Article 14 - Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 2 months of the issue.
Lightseed responds to complaints within 14 days.
Article 15 - Disputes
Dutch law applies to all agreements with Lightseed.
The Vienna Sales Convention does not apply.
Article 16 - Additional or Deviating Provisions
Any additional provisions must not disadvantage the consumer and must be documented in writing.
Article 17 - Disclaimer of Liability
Use at Own Risk:
All Lightseed products and services are intended to support your personal journey and are to be used at your own discretion and responsibility.
No Guaranteed Outcomes:
Due to the unique and personal nature of energy work and spiritual tools, Lightseed cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.
Limitation of Liability:
Lightseed disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of its products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, physical, emotional, or financial harm.
Customer Responsibility:
By purchasing and using Lightseed products or services, you agree to take full responsibility for their use and release Lightseed from any claims or liabilities.

All content, products, and designs featured on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Lightseed, unless explicitly stated otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to:
